「Big hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Equipped with fridge, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. Pool and exercise equipment room. 「The front desk staff was not very welcoming and my room preference request was not taken into account when the room was assigned. They did have my request type available and allowed the room change however i had quite a few bags and no luggage cart.
