"This hotel was excellent value for money. Our room was VERY spacious relative to other places we stayed in Tokyo/Osaka etc., and the amenities were high quality. We could see mountains out of one window and Matsumoto Castle out of the other, and it was a very easy walk to the Castle and many restaurants. It was a slightly longer walk to the train station and Matsumoto Art Museum, but it would be just as easy to get a taxi (or I assume a bus!). Really lovely place with staff that were extremely lovely and helpful - e.g. we were so grateful that they filled in our luggage forwarding cards for us!"

"Love our stay here. The hotel is right next to bus and train station, clean, spacious, staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommended. They clean your room daily andprovided water. You can cook and have in-unit washer and dryer. Just love this place :) "

"Right next to the train station convenient as a launch pad. Hotel feels modern and warm. Front desk staff helped us called a dozen local restaurants to book dinner for new year eve, although we can’t find one over the phone, we definitely appreciated their dedication and service. Onsite public onsen is great, clean and tasteful, it has both indoor and outdoor pools."

"The hotel has wonderful services. My room has minimal water and desserts in refrigerator and there’s ice cream and yogurt on the onsen floor for free. I also like breakfast it’s delicious. "

"The room was very large, the hotel overall was very new. Great balance between catering for children and adults. The restaurant was very modern and spacious with a great view of the forest. The dinner and breakfast had a great range of really good food. The onsen was modern and the view from the outside onsen of the forest was very relaxing. "
