「The lady at the reception when checking-in could not speak English and she was not friendly, thanks to the gentleman (forgot his name) who came to our rescue. Day stuff were so friendly and they could speak different languages. I believe after the renovations the hotel will be superb. Not forgetting the security guys, I thank them from the bottom of my heart, they were so helpful and they even washed my car.」

「The Katebe Gallery was an amazing place to stay. Right on the beach with a beautiful view of Maputo. The staff are top tier and very friendly and helpful. 「The rooms are nice and well appointed. However parking is very difficult and inconvenient. Hot water and internet aren’t consistent. We were traveling with 4 kids and they couldn’t get the television to work. Breakfast was good. Room is a nice size. 」
