"Check in was a bit of a hassle as I was informed I had two reservations in my name instead of one, and I would have to pay for both unless I cancelled one. Then was informed I had to go through Expedia and could not do it at the check in desk. Went to Expedia and got great customer service and got it cancelled. Front desk was not very helpful, telling me to use the confirmation number of the extra reservation when I did not even have it."

"Room was nice but carpet was filthy leading up to room. Broken waffle iron. Sale too. to eat poor. Staff not at desk much"

"Hard to rate really because the hotel was inexpensive which makes it understandable that it was out of date rooms and not dancy. I just needed a good bed and night sleep. The place did the job very well. Also short walk to Casey's General Store and Hardee's. You get what you pay for and it met that level!"

"The property was clean and welcoming, staff was friendly and helpful with driving directions, breakfast was wonderful, someone was always cleaning common areas, the pool was open and refreshing after a day of sightseeing. Great place to stay! We will be staying here again the next trip to Sioux Center!"
