"I admit I was a little dubious after reading some of the reviews however friendly staff quick service at the bar I stayed in the annexe loved the pool view spacious and comfy bed balcony a bonus large en-suite good hot shower and bath the outside if the annexe is tired looking and the corridors could do with a makeover but the room was lovely easy access to park the car by the annexe and what I saw of the main building was beautiful a dip in the massive pool was lovely would definitely stay...

"Service was lovely, on top of what they are doing. Food was amazing and they are always making sure the customers are happy and if there is anything they can do to help the customers, was an absolute delight with my dog, he got lots of attention. The only con was that the rooms are dated and the furniture seems aged but with the new management hopefully this may change. Will definitely return. "

"Lovely hotel - very cosy and festive over the New Year period. Pretty gardens with a river running at the bottom. Slightly disappointed not to have had a dog bed or any bowls considering the additional dog charge. There was some confusion with the level of service between the restaurant and the hotel which left us waiting for our meal alone in the bar area. However, staff were very friendly. "
