"Our flight was cancelled and rebooked and so we found Rydges a convenient short stay accommodation centrally located in Wellington. The pool and spa was great, however the spa temperature was a bit too hot for us. "

"Staff attitude was very rude I paid deposit and then they tried to take my Visa card details and write it down saying she will give my deposit back that way which was very odd therefor I didn’t give it then when I got my deposit back all I had to do was swipe my card after she swiped their business card so watch for this if I had given my details who knows what charges I would’ve gotten, once I checked in my room the cleanliness was 1/10 and lastly the cleaning ladies were so disrespectful as I was sitting on the chair outside the room they were laughing and making snarky comments towards me I’m still unsure why but they stopped once I pulled the camera out and started recording their behaviour. I would not recommend 100%"
