「This a lovely hotel in a stunning location. We enjoyed our stay but I think it could excel if it fixed a few issues: - found a solution to sun bed hogging which made it very hard to find spaces after 9am - replaced broken sun beds more readily - deployed more staff by the pool, too few to get a drink readily - bolstered the concierge team. We had to chase and chase for answers to queries (even ones made weeks before arrival) - fixed room fridges (they barely cooled anything)」

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the manager in particular was always smiling, cheerful, and happy to assist, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We do have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better. 「I was worried about booking as the photos were all CGI and the hotel was newly extended / modified for this season but this hotel is incredible! Amazing food, service, a very high end all inclusive with wonderful pools, bar areas and great staff. It is very clean, has great amenities and so relaxing right on the sea. we had an amazing stay」

「Fantastic location up in the hills. The Acaplulco Bar is 10 minutes walk and has incredible views. Anemona Studios has a supermaket within the same complex whixh has everything you could possibly need. Kostas is the owner and both he and his wonderful staff will treat you with the legendary greek hospitality. Would definitely return.」

「Das Hotel und die Anlage war wirklich super. Es gibt zwei Außenpools und genügend Liegen. Es war sehr sauber und auch die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Ausreichend Parkplätze waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Essen war durchschnittlich bis gut. Es gab täglich verschiedene Auswahl und es war von allem genug da. Nach einigen Tagen war ich es jedoch nicht mehr allzu Abwechslungsreich.
