"I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. "Everything was good except Dinner Buffet was slightly under par, did not allow me to change to A La Carte by paying the difference. Had ordered A la Carte in afternoon which was good."

"My stay at byke was awesome...."

"Good property but low.value for.money average food"

"Staff helpfulness dinner and breakfast were all good. Room was not that clean. Stains and dust was on the floor and furniture. Washroom was ok ok not up to that level."

"I was sold the room at Rs.13000+ per room night but on expedia itself the price a day later was around Rs.4000. I understand demand and supply but why should this disparity be there. Can you please review and advise."

"The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly."

"They are a great place to stay. I did have issues with the laundry a few times"
