「Great spot」

「Great location close to a beach. Room was clean. Good communication with staff as we were arriving late. My only issue is the price, quite expensive.」

「Disappointing. It was a small, cramped room with just a double bed. Floor was dirty, toilet seat wasn’t attached properly, and there was no shower curtain! There was a coffee maker and coffee but no creamers or sugar. There were 2 dining chairs but nothing comfortable to sit on. Plus it was noisy; from upstairs occupants and traffic. We won’t go back.」

「A beautiful spot in Kenora with an incredible view. Rooms were neat and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again!」

「Hotel under renovation so no elevator to third floor. 84 year old husband had to drag cases up 37 steps. A little cheaper than other available lodging but comes with some drawbacks. Room was clean and well appointed but air conditioner loud.」

「I would not recommend this hotel. The room was in terrible condition. There was a strong musty smell, and later we discovered that the air conditioner was leaking water onto the carpet, which explained the damp odor. This made our stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and polite, which is why I’m not giving the lowest possible rating. However, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Rating: 3/10」
