The thing that does set this hotel aside is the exceptional staff. The enthusiasm, skill and knowledge of the receptionist is unrivalled. Should be referred to as the host rather than reception. 「We stayed for two nights at the Nuovo Albergo Centro and were very pleased to be guests there. The hotel is quite basic, but everything that it does promise it delivers well. The rooms are basic, but well cared for and very clean. The baths are shared, but (again) are clean and tidy.
