Très beau logement spacieux, au moins 45m2 plus de grands balcons. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner indigne qui se résume à un muffin ou un beignet… bien sûr vous pouvez vous faire un thé ou un café, mais du pain et du beurre aurait été bienvenu.

Fica no terceiro pavimento, sem elevador, então se prepare pra subir escadas! Ao chegar vc tem que ligar para um número fixado no portão. É um apto bem espaçoso, não tem pia, nem fogão. A ideia é dormir e tomar café da manhã. Deixaram uma cesta com bolinhos, suco, água e café. Todas as manhãs deixam na porta outro lanchinho(cupcake, sonho, etc). É afastado do centro histórico, mas se estiver de carro ok. O estacionamento é na rua, bem tranquilo, sempre com muitas vagas. Tem um restaurante/ pizzaria embaixo, bem movimentada, o ruído pode incomodar. Eu dormia com tampões, não me incomodou. Senti falta de ar condicionado no quarto, achei ele bem quente. Tem apenas um split pra todo o apto. A limpeza estava mais ou menos, pros meus padrões! No geral indico, apesar das escadas. Também se estiver de carro! Acho que o valor foi abaixo dos valores da estadia para a cidade, então foi condizente! Ah! O banho muito bom e tem sacadas em ambos lados do apto! Ele é bem ventilado!

Il soggiorno è stato positivo, l'appartamento nuovo e dotato di ogni confort. Cambierei i cuscini se dovessi dare un consiglio al proprietario. Situato nella zona industriale a circa 10 minuti dal centro.
