Foi cobrado a taxa de imposto do município o dobro do anúncio, tentei argumentar. Que o anúncio dizia que era uma taxa de 2 euros, mas cobraram 4 por pessoa. Achei injusto, como não domino a língua, paguei para que me devolvessem meu passaporte…. Hotel bom mas pecaram com o básico.

Chambre correcte ,on est 2 ciupkes nous n’etions pas à côté. Mais ce n’est pas trop grave . Le monsieur à l’accueil nous qu il y a des serviettes de piscine à disposition , au niveau de la piscine la jeune fille n’est pas trop dynamique. Mais qu il n’y a pas de transats de dispo. Le lendemain ils nous ont facturé 5 € par serviettes de piscine. C’est du vol De plus on etait au dessus de la niche du chien qui a beaucoup abboyer

Vi fick inte checka in på hotellet när vi kom dit vid 12/13 tiden. Vilket var helt okej, Sålänge man kunde hänga vid poolen. Men detta fick vi inte. Receptionisten var helt oförstående kring detta. Vi valde detta hotell tack vare poolen och så får vi inte använda den

Matera fuori dai sassi

Albergo molto bello e conveniente a una decina di minuti di auto dal centro. Ottimo per chi viaggia in auto. Periodo di semi lockdown, quindi ristorante chiuso e colazione su ordinazione dalla sera precedente, limitata ma comunque con buona scelta. Un bel giardino nella parte antica della costruzione, lato ristorante, e una piccola piscina. Comodo anche per il posto auto.

Sicuramente un buon hotel nella la piscina colazione servita al tavolo non distante dal centro ,ma bisogna spostarsi in auto,le camere sono pulite e accoglienti .Personale gentile e disponibile .

Struttura gradevole fuori il centro, ottima base per muoversi liberamente. Alcuni disservizi hanno reso poco piacevole il soggiorno: aria condizionata spenta durante la notte il primo giorno e accesa solo dopo diverse richieste il secondo giorno, piscina chiusa e con il caldo di Matera era necessaria, colazione così così....presentano una piccola lista con bevande e pietanze e poi quando si scelgono alcune non ci sono. Per un 4stelle si deve fare meglio!

Lovely location

Was very quiet due to covid 19. Hotel was clean. The restaurant was closed but breakfast was conveniently delivered to our room. Only issues was the pool was not ready and aircon in room did not work.

Great stay. Very clean comfortable accommodation. Extremely helpful and informative receptionists. 6b bus from rear of hotel goes direct to town centre. Great service. Will go again.

OTTIMA LOCATION

Ho scelto l’Hotel del Campo sia per la location (non troppo in centro di Matera per evitare problemi col traffico e col parcheggio) sia per le condizioni proposte. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto: pulizia nella stanza, cortesia da parte del personale per la consumazione della colazione, ricca, varia, e gustosa. Ritornando a Matera usufruirò dello stesso Hotel. Complimenti ai proprietari e al personale.

Die Größe des Badezimmer war toll. Der Garten war sehr schön. Das das Restaurant geschlossen war, war ein großer Negativpunkt. Die Lage war, um sich die Altstadt anzuschauen, ungünstig. Das war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich.
