"The pictures on your booking site are not at all a true reflection of the hotel. The hotel was dirty, bedding and pillows were also dirty. Shower in the bathroom did not work they replaced this with a bucket and cup. The way window in the bedroom was broken which they couldn’t fixed, so their solution was the draw the curtains to fix the problem. DO NOT STAY HERE."

We stayed at Madhuban Resort and Spa for 3 nights to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday. We stayed at 2 of the Gom cottages. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff took utmost care of us and were helpful and courteous.
They have 3 resturants and our favorite for dinner was the Banyan Tree. The breakfast had a great spread too. We had a wonderful experience overall. The place truely lives upto its reputation. We will surely be visitng again.
Thank you

Their web site gives incomplete information. Example: if you buy for breakfast, typically is for a buffet, but in my case out of over 15 days stay, they only had buffet breakfast for two days. That means we overpaid for breakfast for 13 days for two people.
Also their cleaning crew needs to be better trained since they were inconsistent on their services for a proper care.
