「I did notice during my stay that there was not enough staff in my opinion during your peak hours. Also the cleanliness of the lobby ( the light sconces were extremely dirty). But all the other areas were clean.」

「We had a delicious breakfast both mornings that we ordered ahead of time with lots of options to choose from, so it is really fresh! They had a nice Social Hour that had some tasty snacks with wine, beer, soft drinks and I’m sure tea/coffee if requested. The room was really nice, clean and we had a fabulous shower. They also provided plush bathrobes to use during our stay, which was nice. We stayed in the Charlotte room. And it was within walking distance to everything. The staff was really...
