"We had a very nice stay at the Fairfield Inn for 1 night. The hotel location was convenient, right off the freeway and there was plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Even though the hotel was crowded for the weekend and our room faced the freeway it was very quiet. The morning breakfast was great. My wife and I really enjoyed the oatmeal they serve at breakfast. There are only two things that I feel Fairfield can improve on when serving their guests. First the guest service agent that checked us in did not seem to like her job. She seemed uninterested in serving us, did not greet us with a smile and acted like we were bothering her. Her body language was, I checked you in and here's the keys to your room now just go. The second thing the hotel can improve on is in the swimming pool area their were a lot of parents of soccer team kids with glass bottles. This is not good for the guests or the hotel. Even though their is a sign prohibiting it, it was not being enforced. My wife and I look forward to staying at the Fairfield in the future."

"They stay was relatively comfortable. However, on Saturday morning their maintenance staff decided that 8am was the best time to start drilling into the concrete to repair a set of steps. When we mentioned it to the staff at check out, we were told we should have called in the morning. The guests should not have to make a noise complaint at 8am on a Saturday. Especially when it is hotel staff making the noise."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to a freeway entrance. The breakfast had a cook that would make to order eggs.it was simple but good. The room was spacious but a coffee maker was missing. Also, the bathroom in our room needed to be remodeled. Other that that, fairly good."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Although parking requires an additional fee, the overall experience was excellent and well worth it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay."

"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The cleanliness was very poor. As soon as I walked into the room, there was a strong smell of dirt and mustiness. The bathtub was in bad condition, and the water would not drain properly, leaving it standing like a small pool. In addition, the carpet had a very unpleasant, dirty odor that made the room uncomfortable to stay in. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I think it's important for other guests to know about my experience. I have stayed at other hotels in the same chain, and this one is nowhere near the same standard of cleanliness, maintenance, or overall quality. It was very disappointing."

"We enjoyed our stay at Laguna Hills Lodge much more than we expected. I was initially a little nervous because the staff did not seem very approachable during check-in, but thankfully that first impression did not reflect the rest of our experience. The property is beautiful, with vibrant flowers, lush landscaping, and a peaceful, oasis-like atmosphere. It ended up being one of our favorite hotel stays in a long time. The location was fantastic. We were close to Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, and several restaurants, including In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane’s, and Farmer Boys. Traveling with a 7- and 10-year-old, I felt safe walking with them to these restaurants, and the hotel was visible from most of them. We loved being close to everything while avoiding the beach traffic and noise. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt safe throughout our stay. We also appreciated having access to Netflix on the TV, which made evenings easier with kids. The pool, landscaping, and overall atmosphere honestly made us enjoy this property more than some Best Western and Hilton stays we've had. The only downside was the breakfast. While there were some good cereal options, the selection and quality were not appealing to my picky 7-year-old or to me as an adult. Despite that, everything else was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Laguna Hills Lodge to families looking for a clean, safe, relaxing, and conveniently located place to stay."
