「I booked it partly because it said airport transfer was included, but I never got a reply from them even though I wrote three times. The wifi did not work in my room, only in the lobby. The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold. You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway.」

I was initially told that my shirts could not be processed within the same day, but this was eventually arranged after I insisted. Overall, this was a below-average experience.」
