Mason Vacations

"Extremely dirty and filthy rooms. We had centipedes and spiders on our walls. The baseboard was falling off and had rotting wood. Our room was non-smoking but smelled strong of smoke. The carpet was dingy, dirty and wet. The entire hotel smelled musty. I’ve never spent the night and such a dirty place. Every corner of the room had a spider and spider webs. The only reason I’d rate this a 1 star is because of the staff. They were extremely helpful and very nice, otherwise I’d rate it a 0/10....

"I was pleasantly surprised to find that this old motel had been updated nicely. It was clean and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. A small writing desk would have been a nice addition to the room. If I had it to do over again, I would have probably driven across the river and found a place to stay in Point Pleasant."

"I liked the more private rooms they were a little more quiet. They should allow early check ins. The carpet is stained pretty bad in several spots in my room, the covers have multiple cigarette burns in them and kinda smell like smoke (this is a non smoking room) there also been 5 little bugs in the bathroom floor (3 dead) so I checked the bed and sheets and rest of the room thoroughly but no more bugs."

"Our room’s air conditioning was broken, had mold in the bathroom, and french fries from a previous guest on the floor."
