The hotel was being rennovated to an extreme that made it difficult. Signage is all on the floors. We were given a different room style than what we reserved (with no discount) that had outlets and blinds that did not work. No sheets or pillows were included for the pull out couch. Very convenient location in downtown, right next to the theatre. Very clean, updated space. Host very responsive to needs despite being contactless check-in. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area again.
