"This has been our go to on Cape Cod for many, many years. Rooms are clean and well maintained, a/c is great, and doesn’t turn on and off like some places. The sink and mirror is outside the bathroom, so one person can get ready, while another showers. Each room has a mini fridge for food and drinks. Pool and hot tub are wonderful after a long day in the sun. Yummy drinks and flatbreads available at the bar truck. Located in a convenient spot, close to restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Beaches are a short drive away."

"Loved this place. It was clean, well maintained, beautiful and unique, comfortable, and had so many ways to relax or have fun. The outdoor areas were great from the swimming pool to the Adirondack chairs by the bay. We did eat breakfast at the cafe and feel if they’d use a number system or some sort of way to identify peoples food it would’ve been a much better and efficient experience."

"The gentleman on reception was amazing! So helpful! Gave us some good tips for getting to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard! He also checked us in early which was great and allowed us to park all day after we checked out! So accommodating!!! The gentleman really made this stay for us! So friendly and helpful! Down to earth guy and chatted to us for ages!"

"Nice room and wonderful front porch with a view of the water. Close to many restaurants and shops in town. The hotel could have provided better information on how to get into the property. After circling the hotel, we managed to find a parking spot and go in. Then we were told that our reserved parking spot was past the "do not enter" sign. Knowing that ahead of time would have saved a lot of tension. It is important to reserve a parking spot."

"Our Unit was very nice & clean. And the staff were quite pleasant. However, the mini blinds in the kitchen need replacing and a couple of cob webs removed. The pipes in the bathroom to the toilets are all rusted. And the green stains in the tub and sinks are not appealing. I take there is a lot if chlorine in the water. The upstairs remote doesn't work on either tv. The sidewalks outside of our unit/ building were badly broken with chunks of cement missing which are a tripping hazard."
