「The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower. We had one tea cup in our room, requested another one early in the morning, returned late in the afternoon and had to request a cup again at reception. The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and there was one tea bag for 2 people. A notice informed us to wash up glasses and tea cups but there was no drainer or tea towel. 「My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. 」

「I m from Hong Kong and stayed in Toulouse for8days.the facilities of the hotel is amazing with all those cooking stuffs and location is very convenient 」

「This hotel is a bargain! A little kitchen, a big room, a nice bathroom, a place to fill your water bottle in the lobby (cold & fizzy options!), and a great location. They let me check in at 10:30 am, which was fabulous.」
