Very convenient and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby and a good coffee shop Yeon Kyung Jae down the block. Walking distance to BIFF square with tons of markets and shops there. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean.
Only things to note: there is only one room key available even for large parties. Also the shower floor can get slippery if you do not have shower shoes.
Overall: I would stay here again next time I am in Busan, it was a great stay.

The hotel staff were accomodating and professional. The hotel overlooks Haeundae beach and provides an incredible view from sun up to sun down. There are tons of restaurants and activities minutes away. And you can cheat the salt bread line across the street by going during the odd hours. We will be staying here everytime we come to Busan.

Exceptional stay at LCT Residence. The condo was immaculate, generously sized, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity. The panoramic views were truly impressive and made the experience even better. Looking forward to returning.
