"This place is off-site. The entrance has stairs, not friendly for travelers with big luggage, which I think should be most of the cases. It is clean. Served the basic needs. "

"Nice quiet area and the apartment was clean and fresh. Could t recommend it enough"

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "Amazing service - we arrived early for check in but they treated us royally, with discounts on museums and public transit, and access to the lounge and other amenities. They were super busy but still kind and attentive. Our room was modern, large and super clean, and the location was perfect. "

"Lovely Swiss hotel with atttentive staff. Room was very nice - comfy bed, lots of pillows. The AC worked wonderfully despite temps over 90°F and being on the fifth floor. Great breakfast. Proximity to public transportion was key for our busy, compressed schedule and so easy to use. The BaselPass saved us hundreds of dollars on cabs. "
