"The check in staff Manny and Krystal were friendly and gave us a nice room. The hotel was nice and clean. It had a nice ambience with a garden all around the motel. The room had a nice large king bed and also had all the amenities including coffee making, refrigerator and microwave in the room. "We went for a weekend at Hersheypark, this hotel was only 15 mins from the park which was easy to navigate. The room is very simple but had everything we needed to basically just be sleeping after spending the whole day in the park. The bed was surprisingly very comfy. Our room was made up while we were in the park and even got fresh towels! Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Thank you for a great weekend !"

But the faucet for the tub and sink they should be updated and be more detailed on the cleaning part. Once in a while if the room is empty let the door open that way bad humid smell can go away . Can also buy from bath and body plug in fragance that might help.But overall was perfect for the price. And close to restaurants and grocery store."

Awesome visit! 5 stars all the way!!!
"The hotel is finishing up renovations but it didn’t affect our visit. This is our 3rd visit over the last few years and the renovations that have been completed are very nice. The one thing that stood out on this visit was the staff. My 2 sons and I were eating breakfast one morning (which breakfast was awesome) when my son accidentally knocked over his drink. I went to grab some napkins really quickly just to help contain the mess. Before I got back to the table, the young man working behind the front desk (Antonio) was already at the table with a spray bottle and towels cleaning things up. Then another worker came by with a mop. When I apologized for the mess, Antonio said “don’t worry about it. Things like this happens I am just glad that to be here to help clean things up.” Antonio is the type of worker who goes above and beyond for his guests. I hope the hotel management realizes how fortunate they are to have someone like him work there. Overall, zero complaints or concerns. 5 stars all the way! I look forward to our visit next year!"
