"We got in late. Clerk was very pleasant. Room had a fridge & microwave. Lots of seating in lobby. Shuttle to airport was right on time & driver was very nice. Weekdays they only have a cold breakfast & nothing special. The tub turn on was extremely hard to turon & dint want to go off Is a good place to stay for a flight"

"The good Zoo is two minutes away and the encounters are wonderful. The hotel site is in the middle of beauty. Would definitely return. Visit was early March and trying to visit the glass gallery was hard bec of their liminted hours and then it was closed for inventory. "

"We stayed here for one night because we were flying out of Pittsburgh the next morning. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful however the room was filthy, there was dirt around the shower, hair on the sink… it was just overall disgusting. The room with vending and the ice machine had an overwhelming odor of urine. "

"The staff that checked us in was not very courteous. We requested a room change due to no elevator in an adjacent building we were put in. Another staff member helped get it resolved. There was no breakfast included. "
