「Owner Paul is very accommodating and hands on. Our room for 4 was big. Wished that there were 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent. The only negative was wifi is not strong at all. 」

「We had a room with a balcony facing the Rhine River. It provided beautiful views. It was quiet and the staff was very helpful. It is an easy walk to the ferry, restaurants, shops, and cruise docks.」

「Nice hotel, nice location, nice food, nice staff. You can walk up to the hill or by cablecar, and get down to Ludesheim by cablecar, enjoy the super scenery on top of the grape field. I would love to come back again.」

「Room was cleaned, but there was no staff or other guests at the hotel while we were staying. No bedsheets clean up, no changed towels, no collect trash the bin, no drinking water in the room. It’s more like Air bnb not like the hotel. The good thing was the parking lots in front of the hotel. 」
