「We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. 「This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend. My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. 」

「In early July: Great atmosphere. Generally quiet area, not over-touristy. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant for other meals. Great views, and brilliant location (especially if you have a car). Staff are lovely.」

「Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty! No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. 」

「The place was beautiful and the owners were beyond accommodating. We had so much fun relaxing at the pool and going to the beach in the morning. It’s a little outside of Lagos but definitely worth the stay」
