The property is gorgeous, warm, bright and modern and was ideal for our family trip to Martinborough however our stay was let down by the property manager who was terrible at communicating prior to our stay. I had to escalate to Expedia the morning of our stay as we still didn't have instructions of how to get into the property. I was told they were having issues with their booking system and emails weren't getting through however he was hard to get hold of and for some reason wanted to persist with emailing me the details rather than texting them to me and there was no follow up at anytime to check I had received any emails. He had no answer phone and the morning of check in wasn't answering my texts or emails. You can understand my concern as the money I had paid for the accommodation was taken out of my account the day I booked the property, yet I had no instructions of how to enter the property. If I was paying for this person to manage my property, I would be very concerned.
