「No basics cups kettle, needs a through clean and updating」

「Property is very clean, recently remodeled. Check-in must be done with an app and was extremely cumbersome. We made reservations for a room with 2 twin beds. The confirmation we received also included a picture of a room with 2 beds, but our room had only a double bed. On our request to have it changed, the reply was simply: "we don't have it available". No apology or any explanation. The room was extremely small and sparse. Bed with 2 small nightstands and a wall closet. No chairs to sit on or...

「I am rating this hotel as "3" because the staff was superb - responsive, helpful, friendly. The gentelman at the front desk not only patiently explained to me the walking directions but also graciously made me some hot tea. The property itself has a great location and nice common areas, but it is very dated, there was a bad smell in the room and no hot water in the morning. 」
