The good: excellent location, easy to walk to center Boston and to local coffee shops. The bad: the hotel is full of students; noisy; and the Spy Bar is right below the hotel - with DJ party every weekend. It's more similar to a hostel rather than a hotel. Overall it is ok for one night. But not for staying long-term.

Clean room that satisfied all needs. Great location in a quaint neighborhood

Everything was great — room was immaculate, hotel was very nice. Would return!

Biggest problem was that I never got the email with the access codes after checking in online. The place has no personnel on site, so I couldn't get in when it was really cold outside. Had to call customer service, where it was resolved. Within a few minutes. I could hear pretty much everything that went on in the room next door, and even when people just went up and down the stairs in front of my room, I could hear everything. The view out of the window is pretty terrible. It's basically just looking into other peoples' pretty wild back yards. Perhaps in the summer it looks a bit nicer.

Thank you for the cool corner suite on the 9th floor! We stayed over after attending a Bruins game. Short stay but nice place. Good location for our adventures. We’ll stay again if when we are back in Boston! Ty
