"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again"

"The stay at this hostel was great. Hannah at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Even though the hotel is close to a railway line, the trains didn't disturb the silence at all. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety."

"I have stayed at this resort many times and it always serves me well. Set in beautiful grounds on a lovely golf course with splendor of wildlife, landscape and flora, even the hardest to please couldn't crack a frown at this retreat. The building is charmed in character, the staff at utmost professional and efficient, the spa, pool and gym facilities are second to none. As for the rooms, they are spacious, nicely decorated and furnished to high standards with full AC and blacked out curtains, the restaurant is lovely and the bar and adjoining garden area where you can also eat is well manicured and has a fantastic vista. You will not be disappointed and the vfm is incredible."
