「We were given a room on 2nd floor with NO elevator, a disabled veteran and a service dog we had to carry bags to 2 stairwells baggage dogs and ourselves, no coffee in our room and 1 towel!」

「The property and the owners were some of the best that we have encountered. Our house recently caught fire and burned, and we needed to go somewhere and had nowhere to go. And they worked with us to make sure that we were comfortable and to make sure that we had everything we needed, they're incredibly knowledgeable, they run a very tight ship. And I can honestly say that I would stay there anytime and recommend it to anyone」

「My stay was disappointing overall. At check-in, several people ahead of me were told the hotel was sold out, which I completely understand. However, when it was my turn, the front desk attendant repeatedly questioned whether I actually had a reservation and initially acted as though she couldn’t find it, even after I explained I had called earlier that day to confirm it. The interaction felt unnecessarily skeptical.
The lobby also had a very strong odor that smelled like sour mop water. My room...

「I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! Gage in the restaurant and Danielle at the front desk were exceptionally great! The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.」
