Property is dark, dirty, and overall just needs a renovation. Breakfast was not good. I’ve paid less at other hotels in Marseille and gotten much better rooms.

Fantastically convenient location - two minutes walk from everything. The Old Port, the tour boats and buses, the Metro, Starbucks, the big shopping mall, restaurants galore.

Came over for the Ireland Rugby International. Very basis but very clean. Superb basic but powerful shower. The staff were superb and very helpful. The hotel is blessed with a lovely location immediately accessible to the port and many restaurants. ( ideal photo opportunity to take a shot down the street directly opposite the hotel for a view of Notre Dam Church in the heavenly distance)

Perfect location, helpful staff, the only thing was, that in the room was noise from the street. Windows are not insulated. You can hear almost every word from the people on the street. I thought we had open window. But it was closed.

Great location!
Great place to stay and great location ! Right by the old port. Good size furnished kitchen-corner separate from the main living area, ideal for longer stays. Friendly staff. Secure access to the building through key cards. Just remember that being close to the old port also means more noise.

The room was spacious and bright with kitchenette. This room was a four person room with a queen size bed and pullout sofa bed that accommodate two, and a small table for dining. Hotel is great for families with children and on a budget. This property is in a great location at the Vieux Port (Old Port) in Marseille. Easy access to public transportation, subway buses and taxis. Walkable and with attractions nearby.

The proximity to the old port is great if that's what you want. Bear in mind that this brings noise issues. There are cafes in the streets which seem to be open all night. The hotel windows are single-pane, and provide no noise abatement. Room furnishings are very basic. One lamp in our room was not working; from what we heard, this was a general problem. Two members of hotel staff told us on separate occasions, and with some embarrassment, that they received several complaints from guests and forwarded them to the management, who then did nothing. Our room was not well cleaned and the corridors were dirty. The whole place has a hostel feel to it. The price spike because of a major sporting event was unbelievably cynical and unjustified.

Lovely city break
Had a lovely 2 night stay in this hotel in Marseille. Location is fantastic as it's very near to the old town and harbour. It was our honeymoon so we were upgraded to a small apartment with a large balcony - thanks so much for this! Staff were friendly and it had everything we needed. Would definitely return if we were to visit again. Didn't have breakfast as we prefer to get up when we want and there are plenty of patisseries and options nearby!

The receptionist was absolutely fantastic and helpful with my daughter who had surgery on her knee. They helped us with a smile and really felt empathy straight away! I will definitely come back to the place really well located in the Center of Marseille and the Vieux Port. The beds were also really comfortable and the AC worked well! The size of the room was big also! Excellent stay. Beyond my expectations. Thank you!
