Close to everything in Marseille and close to away transport. Only catch was they only give you one set of towels per room no matter how many people you book it for, and charge €6 for another set

Guests have to do part of the cleaning.

They ask you to take out rubbish before you check out... I guess I should be grateful that they didn't tell me to wash the bed sheets for the next guest by hand. Poor Air conditioning barely cools the room. Nice reception.

The staff at the desk was exceptional when I arrived. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have remembered staying here. It was pricey for what I had for a night. It had wifi, a bed and a shower. It was simple.

The WORST WIFI I’ve ever had at a hotel

WORST WIFI I’ve experienced at any hotel. The WiFi speed was like going back 20 years to dark ages. The speed was excruciatingly slow. We were told the wifi is bad in our room and there’s nothing that could be done. The WiFi couldn’t download anything, even the free Marseille airport wifi was 100x faster. I had to buy mobile data for the family to share. The Aircon was good downstairs but didn’t get upstairs so it was cool in the living room and very hot in bedroom. We asked for additional towels and were charged for replacement towels even though we stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were also not cleaned and they said that cleaning was for stays below 3 nights 😩. Very disappointing property for a great location and decent customer service.

1. close proximity to train/bus but hotel should list the name of stop in the hotel info- that would have been helpful our first day 2. most staff speak some English although we speak/understand some French. 3. Room was acceptable in terms of space, no outside sound, and felt very safe in hotel and in the neighborhood. This is the first hotel I stayed inwhich there was one set of towel and was told that if I need clean towel I need to wash the ones issued myself for 6 euros to wash and dry. There was no cleaning of the room and was told that I have what to clean the room. That appears to be the policy; however, the staff was incredible with making adjustments realizing that we were not informed that this is the expectation. The hotel setup is as an apartment intended for French family staying for some time and not necessarily for oversea tourist. In the end, we made the best of it and had a great time.

Leider heruntergekommen. Die wichtigten Dinge wie Dusche, Bett und Waschbecken waren sauber. Wände, Vorhänge und auch Lichtschalter, Kühlschrank etc. Allerdings in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Sehr lange nicht geputzt.

Dans l’ensemble ça a été moyen. La propreté n’en parlons pas, de la poussière au sol et sur les meubles. Dans la globalité qu’on se le dise c’est sale, on a du faire nous même le ménage à notre arrivée pour se sentir à l’aise. Aucun savon pour les mains et gel douche disponible car ils étaient tous vide! Accueil injoignable par téléphone, ils ne répondent pas ! La wifi était médiocre, obligé d’être constamment en 5G. On est resté 8 nuits, on avait hâte de rentrer retrouver notre confort. Au moins les draps étaient propre et les lits confortables. Bien situé proche du métro.

Pour commencer, nous n'avons pas eu le droit à un simple bonjour de la part de la dame qui était à l'accueil. Ensuite, on a eu la surprise d'apprendre que le parking de l'établissement était plein et que l'on devait se débrouiller pour trouver une place de stationnement alors que l'un des critères pour lesquels nous avions choisi cet établissement était justement le parking. On a appris par la suite que le stationnement n'est pas gratuit selon une affiche dans l'ascenseur... La femme de l'accueil nous a quand même proposé d'aller sur un parking situé à plus d'un kilomètre de l'établissement... Quant à la chambre, elle était en apparence propre, mais les murs étaient bien sales, de même que la sortie d'air au plafond, qui avait laissé beaucoup de traces de poussière. Comme point positif, le lit est confortable, la chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée et l'établissement est situé à proximité du métro, ce qui est bien pratique.
