Central, Great Value with good service

The hotel faces onto one of the city’s main shopping streets, so is very central and convenient. I was granted early checkin on arrival which I was grateful for after a very early start. The room was quirky and reflects the style of the old building it is in. Everything worked ok though and the staff were great.

Lovely staff. The fact that we had to climb to the first floor via stairs with luggage to get to reception was bad. The lift from the first floor up is tiny, barely enough for a person and luggage to go up. Our room was reasonably clean and comfortable but it had a cockroach. I assume that is normal in older buildings but I don't like them.

We were three colleagues, and all our rooms were hot with insufficient AC. Additionally, we had dirty towels, bad sheets, and full trash bins. The reception closes at 8 PM.

AccĂšs ultra difficile. Accueil au premier Ă©tage sans ascenseur. Avec les valises c’est sportif ! Chambre vieillotte et pas propre. Sous le lit et prĂšs des prises c’était trĂšs sale. Pas d eau chaude dans une des chambres. Le patron Ă©tait au courant et nous prĂ©cise que nous sommes les 3eme client Ă  lui remonter. Petit dĂ©jeuner = un scandale. Inexistant. Salle Ă©teinte Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Aucun choix. Le petit jeune de l accueil a dĂ» aller Ă  la boulangerie acheter une baguette et deux croissants. On m’a invitĂ© Ă  me rendre dans la cuisine pour aller moi mĂȘme me chercher une tasse Ă  thĂ©. Fin de vieux pots de confiture sĂ©chĂ©e et de vieille pĂątĂ© Ă  tartiner. Rapport qualitĂ© prix = Ă  revoir complĂštement

Expérience mitigée

Un Ă©tage d'escaliers avant d'arriver Ă  la rĂ©ception ; chambre au cinquiĂšme Ă©tage alors que l'ascenseur s'arrĂȘte au 4. Pas de vrai fenĂȘtre, mais des vasistas dont les vitres n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© lavĂ©es depuis des mois voire des annĂ©es... TĂ©lĂ© qui ne fonctionne qu'en alternance. MĂȘme pour le prix, on est en droit d'en attendre plus. Restent quand mĂȘme le personnel compĂ©tent et sympathique, et l'emplacement en centre ville.

Chambre non prĂȘte a mon arrivĂ©e, une fois dans la chambre des arrivĂ©es ou autres et cĂąble Ă©lectrique sorte du sol. Pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre quand j'arrive a la rĂ©ception il me dise de faire couler longtemps( vive leco-responsabilite) pour que l'eau chaude arrive. Quand je rĂ©essaye toujours pas d'eau chaude a mon retour a la rĂ©ception dsl on aura pas de technicien avant mardi donc on me propose de me rembourser immĂ©diatement et de me trouver un autre hĂŽtel car il non pas de chambre libre .... De repasser dans 20min. AprĂšs 20 min on m'informe que je serai peut ĂȘtre remboursĂ©e dans 3-4 jours et qu'il ne peuve pas Appeler un autre hĂŽtel. Donc il m'on clairement fait perdre mon temps tt en sachant les problĂšmes qu'il y avait... Juste pour remplir une chambre

Une bonne experience.

Empfang und Personal waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastlich. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist einfach zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gemĂŒtlich, die SanitĂ€ranlagen sehr sauber, funktionell und komplett. Als Stadthotel in dieser Preisklasse uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlenswert.
