Hôtel fermé, enseigne de l'hôtel est "l'olivier" alors qu'ici il se nomme "les terrasses du Roves" Restaurant fermé, terrasse sans mobilier, pas de clim, pas de personnel, mauvaise odeur.... Quel dommage dans un cadre si merveilleux

Bonjour à tous le patron est vraiment super le service de chambre pareil et là ce soir nous allons manger en terrasse. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. En vous souhaitant un bon séjour à vous tous sur La Terrasse Du Rove (l’olivier)

I had to sleep in my car

Turned up 11:30pm, several other guests outside expecting a room at a hotel that doesn't exist. They took our money no other hotels available anywhere near so had to sleep in my car. Great

Le nom de l'hôtel sur le site ne correspond pas au nom de l'hôtel sur place.probleme de réservation car n'avais plus de chambre familiale ,nous en à donner une deuxième car avait une chambre de libre.patron accueillant et petit déjeuner copieux et bon , literie confortable des chambres propres avec quelques travaux à prévoir dans la salle de bain

Personne a l hotel a 19h pour reception au telephone le responsable m a dit qu il n avait pas de resetvation a mon nom que votre site faisait tres mal son traval je n ai pas passer la nuit dans cet hotel il etait complet et pas de reservation par Expedia un manque de confiance et de sérieux de votre site de reservation contacter l hotel pour confirmation et veuillez me rem ourser j ai du trouver un hotel apres ce soucis et un week end gâché je ne recommanderai pas votr site

Je n'ai pas apprécier du tout le prélèvement par votre site sur mon compte avant ma venue et de surcroît, le responsable de l'hotel n'était pas au courant.
