不喜歡：員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
We had a pre paid reservation through Expedia and the receptionist requested a larger fee stating Expedia didn’t pay enough after probably 40 minutes and speaking with Expedia we paid the requested amount to the hotel and Expedia reimbursed us the cost. Never experienced this before.
In addition the rooms were so small that two people couldn’t walk around the room at the same time. The full bed was pushed against a wall so my husband had to go through my space to get out of the bed at night when needed.
Had a terrible night, in addition if you or your partner are tall your feet would touch the wall between the bed and the TV. Suitcases had a drawer under the bed to be stored.
Cassis is a lovely town but I don’t recommend this property at all especially to families with kids or elderly as there is no elevator and rooms are not safe or comfortable.
