Practical and clean hotel

Well located and safe hotel. Easy to park and the hotel car park was very secure with a barrier. Important when you have a packed car. Staff very helpful and the food was very good too.

Although the room details stated they were wheelchair accessible when we arrived we had been allocated first floor rooms, and there are no lifts. Fortunately there was one ground floor room available, not fully accessible but for one night it was manageable.

Ok for a night on move

Typical of the type of chain though did not expect to be low on staff. Meals ok but portions prepackaged and the microwave wave picked well. Staff ok what there were of them

Cheap but not cheerful

Room had been prepared but not sure how long ago. There were large cobwebs in the room when I entered. The room was tired and needed painting, and modernisation.

One of our rooms infested with cockroaches. 4 had to sleep in one room with beds together. Very uncomfortable!!!! If you stay stuff the space under doors otherwise you will have hundreds of unwanted extra guests!!!

Not very dog friendly

Not very dog friendly. We tried to get a glass of wine in the lounge area beside the restaurant in the early afternoin but where told that dogs are not allowed. We where alone in the restaurant... Anyways, we turned to the restaurant Hippopotamus next door for a full dinner instead and they welcomed us and the dog, so no money but only badwill to the Capanile who lists at Hotels.com as "dog friendly"

La chambre était limite propre, la housse de couette était tachée, rien de méchant mais…. Moisissures dans la douche joint de la baignoire pas fait parois de douche mal posé l’eau passait. L’eau du lavabo avait du mal à évacuer. Le personnel était très sympathique et le petit déjeuner était très bien. Je n’ai pas pris de photos pourtant j’y ai pensé.
