The location of the riad is super convenient and thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst in Marrakesh - we hope to return one day!

Stayed here with family. Booked a suite. THE GOOD 1. The room was absolutely massive. Haven’t stayed in a bigger room. There were two bathrooms in the room and a very generous size balcony 2. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help out 3. Very near to a mall with a big carrefour and other food outlets like kfc and Burger King 4. No issues finding a taxi near the property. 5. The property was decorated to a very high standard. 6. Convenient and only 5 minutes drive to the big square It does need a few minor improvements 1. Would be nice to have a lift. Even though the property is built like a riad but it is not an old property but a new build and having a lift would be nice especially for people with kids and mobility issues 2. The internet was slightly suspect and you had to move around the room to get a good WiFi signal 3. The breakfast was okay ish. Nothing out of the ordinary but the staff were very curteous and would always refill when asked

De kamer was heel schoon. Zeer behulpzame respectvolle personeel. Kamer werd telkens opgekuist. De ontbijt was wel minder. Heel weinig keuzes en heel snel op. Moesten telkens buiten gaan eten.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, entsprach jedoch keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel eher als ein gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel einordnen. Die Angestellten waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders im Spa-Bereich arbeitet eine sehr nette Dame – dort bekommt man tatsächlich das Gefühl, in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel zu sein. Die größte Enttäuschung war jedoch der angeblich ganzjährig nutzbare Swimmingpool. Das Wasser wirkte, als sei es seit Monaten nicht gewechselt worden, und war sehr kalt. Rund um den Pool wurden Verkaufsstände aufgebaut, an denen verhüllte Frauen verschiedene Waren anbieten. Zusätzlich läuft dort bis etwa 20:30 Uhr sehr laute Musik. Der Pool dient eher als Dekoration und ist keinesfalls zum Schwimmen geeignet. Sowohl die Musikauswahl als auch die Lautstärke sind teilweise kaum zu ertragen. Tagsüber ist es im Hotel generell schwierig, sich zu entspannen. Auch im Bereich der Rezeption und vor dem Eingang wurden Stände aufgebaut, sodass das Hotel eher einem Basar als einer Unterkunft ähnelt. Von außen wirkt das Gebäude zudem etwas heruntergekommen. Alles in allem ist es ein nettes 3-Sterne-Hotel, das dem Preis entspricht. Hätte ich gewusst, dass der Swimmingpool praktisch nicht nutzbar ist, hätte ich lieber 50 € mehr investiert und ein besseres Hotel gebucht.

Très bien

Très joli Riad, charmant à 5 min en voiture du centre-ville de Marrakech. Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est très serviable et aux petits soins avec les hôtes. Je mets 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 juste pour le restaurant/bar du riad qui n'a pas les repas annoncé sûrement à cause du manque de debit et pour le bruit des autres hôtes de l'hôtel entendable depuis les chambres.

Nous avons étés comme deux princesses je ne peux que recommander cet établissement Logement au top , accueil chaleureux et aux petits soins pour nous Piscine plus qu’appréciable Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner ou c’etait toujours la même chose et manque de fromage Et sur la Tv qui sautait Lit excellent et oreiller extras Peignoir et chaussons fournis Terrasse au top Mais sinon c’était vraiment un très agréable séjour passé

L'accueil et excellent, la chambre est décorée avec goût , spacieuse et bien équipée. Le seul point négatif est qu'il faisait très froid dans la salle de bains que je n'ai pas pris de douche, l'eau étant tiède. Autrement, c'est un excellent établissement.
