Pas de wifi Pas d'eau chaude On avait fait une réservation payée en amont, à notre arrivée ils prétendaient n'en avoir aucune et pas de paiement et c'était presque au refus de nous donner une chambre. Le lendemain, problème réglée une erreur de leur part nous avions bien payé. Ils se sont amusés de la situation et ont fait des remarques sarcastiques.

nous sommes arrivées dans un hôtel pour 4 personnes et nous avions une chambre pour 2 il a fallut donner 300.00 euros en liquide bien sur supplémentaire pour pouvoir avoir une chambre avec 4 lits Le WC ne fonctionnait pas la TV ne fonctionnait pas et la baie vitré donnant sur le petit balcon de 50 cm ne fermait pas Nous avons pris notre diner sur place (super sympas) puis le petit déjeuner du matin (super sympa) mais nous avons pris le diner (Couscous ) du vendredi soir et la un seul plat car la gérante nous a dis qu'elle pensais que cela suffirait sans entrée mais seulement des légumes et des os de poulet c'est un peu cher pour 80.00 dh par personnes le samedi pas de ménage "un oublie selon la responsable" merci à la fille de la gérante et sinon bonne chance aux patrons nous ne reviendrons pas sur se site et je vous demande de voir pourquoi devions nous nous rajouter 300.00 euros pour pouvoir dormir à 4 j'espère avoir une réponse car sinon je ferais le nécessaire pour vous confronter à vos manquements merci de votre réponses

Bon Hotel.

The hotel is not so good.

Generally, the hotel staff is very nice. But there is something wrong with the WIFI. In your room, the WIFI becomes weaker, sometimes even lost connection. There are mosquitoes in the room. I am a little disappointed by these situations.

Je ne sais pas d'où commencer j'avais réservé deux chambres trois adultes pour la date de 26 a 29 mars c'est le pire hôtel que j'ai vu dans ma vie On est arrivé dans la soirée À peine arrivé au parking qui se trouve juste devant l'hôtel on nous a fait payer 90 dirhams j'ai dit aux gens qui travailler dans le parking on est cliente de l'hôtel ils m'ont dit il y a juste une place pour ce parking qui se trouve juste à l'entrée de l'hôtel et cette place est réservée pour le patron de l'hôtel soi-disant que il y a une parking gratuit pour clientèle ça commençait déjà fort! ils nous ont donné les clés je suis allé dans ma chambre aussi vite que je suis rentré aussi vite je suis sorti j'ai trouvé le responsable elle m'a dit qu'est-ce qu'il ne va pas j'ai dit venez voir c'est quoi ça comme chambre Elle est venue me voir elle m'a dit tout est parfait Monsieur je ne sais pas pourquoi vous réagissez comme ça en plus la chambre se trouvait dans la sous-sol!!! Et la chambre n'était pas chauffé il y avait humidité carrément pourriture la salle de bain c'était dégueulasse les tapis au sol carrément pourri j'ai du rester cette nuit dans ce chambre et pas étonnant je suis tombé malade à cause de froid qui avait Le lendemain comme je me suis énervé ils m'ont changé à la chambre en me disant On s'excuse nous n'avions pas chambre libre pour vous c'est pour ça que on vous a mis dans une chambre en sous-sol comme si il se fouter de moi malgré que on avait encore une nuit on

J'ai passé un super sejour à Marrakech , dans cet hotel, jai profité de la piscine, mon mari a adoré le petit dejeuner. La veille de mon depart j'ai fais un massage exellent. Le directeur était au petit soins. L'equipe de l'hotel était sympa. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait. Je recommande cet hotel.

Hôtel bien situé à 5km de la place jema el fna!!! Restaurants tres bien à proximité!!! Sur l'hôtel: - petit déjeuner correct le premier jour seulement! Ensuite de moins en moins de choses dans l'assiette et toujours la même chose!!!! - personnel pas commerçant aucun geste!!! Le premier jour on nous a facturé la première bouteille d'eau celui- ci coûte 2€!!! Nous n'avions pas dormi de la nuit nous aurions apprécié quelle soit offerte des notre arrivée dans la chambre!!! - nous étions obligées de redemander une grande serviette à chaque fois!!! Ils ont pas compris que nous étions deux adultes à se laver!!!!

It was a trap! We shouldn't believe the reviews of this hotel at all! Uncomfortable, dirty, and was forced to pay more money, without the method to cancel the booking! We were the only customers in the whole awful hotel. Frightened during the whole night!

chambre spacieuse mais poussiéreuse et tapis non nettoyé à notre arrivée petit déjeuner avec produits réchauffés (viennoiserie , pain , crêpes .....) un soir beaucoup de bruit (repas anniversaire) mais nous n'avons pas été prévenus et n'avons eu droit à aucune excuse ....
