The property is 20mins out of Marrakech surrounded by building sites that’ll be finished in about 6years. The food is shocking no real authenticity and poor quality ... restraint service (paid for) only chance of decent meal The staff are a mixture half obnoxious furniture pieces the other lovely clear management issues hard to find any information when your there. Had a member of staff proposition my girlfriend. Alcohol water down and little to no real choice on all inclusive massive list of your paying

Bon séjour mais à améliorer

HĂŽtel trĂšs beau, un personnel accueillant. Une Ă©quipe d’animation au top !! Par contre nous Ă©tions surpris a notre arrivĂ© car interdiction de ramener de la nourriture ou boissons extĂ©rieures Ă  l’hotel, mĂȘme pour des bouteilles d’eau la sĂ©curitĂ© ne voulais pas nous laisser les prendre ce que trouve inadmissible. Le bar restaurant a l’extĂ©rieur face Ă  la piscine nous a aussi beaucoup déçu, on a payer 2 verres et pendant notre repas des abeilles sont rentrer dans le miens je le montre au serveur pour qu’il me la change Ă  ces frais bien sĂ»r mais il ce mit Ă  rigoler alors on a demander une bouteille d’eau gratuitement et Ă  la fin surprise Ă  l’addition ils nous l’ont fais payer ! En rĂ©sumĂ© bon sĂ©jour en gĂ©nĂ©ral une belle chambre, une trĂšs belle piscine et un personnel EN GÉNÉRAL chaleureux malgrĂ© ces exceptions 😅

On a Ă©tĂ© pendant 6 jours. L’etat de la chambre laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer, il y avait des choses cassĂ©s. D’aprĂšs la Manager, des rĂ©novations ont lieu prochainement. Ensuite, le Wifi est que Ă  la rĂ©ception et autour de la piscine, ça ne dĂ©range pas, mais dĂšs que 10 personnes sont connectĂ©s ça ne marche plus vraiment. Nous avons aussi Ă©tĂ© déçus du petit dĂ©jeuner et des snacks Ă  midi. A par tout ça, l’hĂŽtel en soit est vraiment trĂšs jolie, la piscine aussi. Le personnel et les animateurs sont trĂšs gentils, ils animent du matin au soir :)

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine en famille dans cet hĂŽtel dans un beau cadre. ArrivĂ©e Ă  l’accueil bien avant 14h mais aucun problĂšme Ă  la rĂ©ception pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer une chambre (l’hĂŽtel n’était pas complet) avec une hĂŽtesse qui parlait parfaitement le français comme la majoritĂ© du personnel. La chambre Ă©tait propre, mĂ©nage fait et serviettes remplacĂ©es tous les jours, pas de cafards dans la notre, lits confortables mais quelques dĂ©fauts de finition: traces de peinture qui coule sur la faĂŻence, prise qui ne tiennent pas, mousseur des robinets qui ne fonctionnaient plus, pas de flexible de douche donc pas pratique pour les enfants,... . DĂ©fauts d’isolation phonique de la porte d’entrĂ©e de la chambre: on entendait tous les bruits de passage. La restauration Ă©tait correcte mais peu variĂ©e, plats quasiment que marocain mis Ă  part des pĂątes et pizzas cuisinĂ©es locales, les enfants n’ont pas trop mangĂ© (hĂŽtel frĂ©quentĂ© Ă  70% par des marocains pendant notre sĂ©jour). Attention d’ailleurs: en formule demi pension, pas une seule boisson comprise, 20 dirhams pour une bouteille d’eau et 30 pour un cola et autres, nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu de ne pas le savoir Ă  l’avance, on aurait optĂ© pour le tout inclus. HĂŽtel qui se trouve un peu loin du centre de Marrakech et qui propose des navettes Ă  30 dirhams aller retour. Piscine correcte mais pas aussi belle quand vous y ĂȘtes que sur les photos. Dans l’ensemble, bonnes vacances.
