Efficient and available staff but : - real problems with WIFI and no possibility to have a cafe at 5 a.m before taking a taxi even if the breakfast is payed ! - people smoking in the hotel hall...Unbelievable !

Notre séjour c'était presque l'enfer, les rues sont plus propre que l'hôtel... comme l'hôtel était plein du coup on a plus de l'eau chaude et les murs sont mal isolé on entend tous les bruits partout, Le pire de tout ça c'est le restaurant j'ai tourné plus que 4 tasses de café pour trouver un propre , on trouve des bouts de miettes de pain sur les tables les nappes sont sales. Wifi ne fonctionne pas. franchement déconseillé,

I have been visiting Marrakesh for the last 20 years and have been staying at this lovely welcoming and friendly hotel for all that time. I always have a very pleasant stay here. The lobby area is beautifully designed, as are the very relaxing and stunningly landscaped gardens and pool area. The rooms are comfortable and functional with a very appreciated balcony. The dining experience is of a high standard with Sherif at the helm to ensure all runs very smoothly and your requests are accommodated. The staff and management all work hard for their visitors and there is a family ethos to the way the hotel is run and how they all treat each other and their visitors in turn. This hotel accommodates groups, families and single travellers equally which is quite rare in Morocco and again an indication of the care and consideration the staff show their visitors making you feel valued and appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to all and will continue to support them if I am lucky enough to be able to book a room as due to the facilities and location this hotel is always in demand. Job well done.

Very nice and helpful reception/concierge. However the room was dirty. Hair on the ground and in the sink. Dust balls on the pillows/sheets and some stains on the throw blanket...

L’établissement en lui même est très correct, mais seul bémol : impossible d’avoir la wifi sans être coupé tout les 2 minutes. Sinon quelques fourmis se baladé dans la salle de bain, rien de grave mais attention. Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est très propre et les draps sont changé tous les jours. Je le conseil mais ça serait sympa de corriger ces 2-3 trucs pour les prochains arrivant.

Dirty room

The hotel check in is very slow, the bed linen is very dirty, only shampoo and shower gel in hotel, limited amenities. Only one towel in the room, staff didn’t understand English... umm also no kettle and no bottle of water, please prepare for yourself, and I don’t think it’s a 4 stars hotel.

Preisleistung stimmt, es ist Ok, könnte sauberer sein. allerdings sollte man in Partystimmung sein und das am Besten bis 5.00 uhr morgens, Die Partymeile „las Vegas“ von marrakesch befindet sich genauso hier gleich um die Ecke. Ansonsten nett.

Schoener Pool, laute Naechte

Das Hotel hat einen schoenen Pool in dem man auch Bahnen schwimmen kann, ansonsten kann man dort gut ausspannen. Das ist ein grosses Plus. Unser Zimmer war gross genug und sauber, allerdings koennte das Personal noch einiges Lernen beim Aufraeumen, z.B. leere Flaschen und Teller koennte man entfernen. Das Fruehstuck war ok, allerdings nicht mit der Auswahl eines 4-Sterne-Hotels in anderen Gegenden. Stoerend war der Laerm der mehrmals um 4.30 morgens ausgebrochen ist. Es war nicht der Ruf zum Gebet, das kenne ich gut genug. Es hoerte sich an als haette der Zirkus die Pforten geoeffnet, mit lauter Musik und einem Menschen mit Mikrofon. Das dauerte eine halbe Stunde und hat sich dann verzogen. Das war wirklich nervig, waere aber in allen umliegenden Hotels auch zu hoeren gewesen.
