Chaos, problems, not worth it

This apartment hotel left much to be desired—1 out of 5 stars. They couldn’t locate our Hotels.com booking, seemed unaware we were staying two nights, and initially gave us the wrong room, requiring a switch the next day. Essentials like toilet paper and towels were missing, and the shower design caused water to flood the entire bathroom floor—and even beyond in the second room! They did not know how much city tax we should pay, in two different stays (why did we do that you say, we had to bookings from before arriving), we ended up paying different tax. Even the hotels receipt that said how much tax to pay at the place was apparently wrong according to them and was per person, not booking. Just stay away, find something better (also not easy to find, taxi had to call the place to find the address/location).

À fuiiiiiiiiirrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!! Horriblement sale!!!!!! Au secours, j’étais avec mes deux petits garçons j’ai tellement eu peur de passer la nuit, très mal fréquenté !!! Et tellement sale, je suis à peine rentré un cafard et passer devant moi, sans parler de l’état général de l’appartement, l’état des murs, l’odeur, l’humidité tout est très sale et donne envie de vomir ! Sans parler du comportement du propriétaire au téléphone, hautain et irrespectueux , c’est même pas lui à l’accueil! Il veut juste encaisser l’argent. Je suis arrivé à Marrakech tard le soir, je n’avais plus aucunes issue avec deux petits garçons avec moi, ont a pas dormi de la nuit, dès le lever du soleil je suis partis autre part!!!! À fuiiiiiiiiiiiir croyez moi il va juste encaisser votre argent et ne vous remboursera pas!!!!! Fuyez si vous voulez pas attraper des maladies ou la gale!!!!!! Tfouuu
