「房間美麗舒適，整個飯店看起來很新又華麗，員工親切。唯一缺點就是自助早餐選擇少，種類幾乎和我們前一晚住的Disney hotel Cheyenne一樣，而且座位安排不佳，我們被安排在空間很小的雙人座，左右兩邊的客人的桌子非常靠近，甚至讓我們不方便起身離開座位，當時整個餐廳有一半都是空位，實在不應該把我們擠在那種位置」

「We had such a lovely stay! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well after long days at the Disney parks. It’s only a short ride to Disney, which was super convenient for us. 「1. 剛住入房間和我們在網絡上訂的不一樣，很小，床很髒有頭髮及小灰塵。告訴櫃台，派來清潔工，只是把頭髮拿走用手拍拍而已。跟櫃檯要求換房間，因為和訂網上房間差很多，原本不肯，後來確認他們給錯房間了，換房間了，可是櫃檯的態度卻不太好。晚上回房間，發現垃圾沒丟，地毯沒吸很髒，只清潔浴室及床。 2.復活節問櫃檯附近的大賣場有開嗎，回沒有，走到大賣場看，有開。要回機場時，問櫃檯如何到機場，竟然回覆，不知道！！！！！客房清潔很爛，櫃檯人員很差，而且覺得有種族歧視，對亞洲旅客不太友善，不推薦！」
