I found thus place online while trying to replicate my childhood vacations in Marmaris for my son. We stayed 6 nights at Villa 10 with a private pool and a mountain view. It was great and we may go there again next year. This is a private place, it is not crowded, have nice windy air up at the villas, have a great small private beach. My son loved spending time on the hammock, cleaning the pool with the net, and with the wooden swings between villas. During nights we walked to Turunc, he made friends with local and other tourists’s children at the town playground next to sea, and enjoyed ice cream. We also attended an amazing day-long boat tour and enjoyed the canoes and paddle boards at the hotel. And the staff was amazing and mist helpful. I also loved the small kitchen and washer in the villas.

We stayed for a week at Z Villas & had a great time. All the staff were friendly, helpful & polite. We stayed in a villa with pool & mountain view. The villa was clean & well maintained. There was a washing machine which was a bonus. We had planned to cook a few evenings, however the cooking facilities are very basic. No oven or microwave. Only a small hob with 1 pan. However this gave us the excuse to go out everyday- there were plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance. The food and bar at the hotel are also great. The breakfast was good. A buffet style for fruit, bread, pancakes, cereal, cheese, olives & drinks. The team asked us everyday what we would like cooked fresh and bring to our table... any type of eggs/turkish sausage. Cheese omelettes were my fav! The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The private beach was lovely. We could use the paddle boards and kayaks for free. Again, the staff were lovely. I have to mention the man with pony tail (sorry I forgot his name) that helps with welcoming guests and buggy driving. He was really friendly and delivered great service. I also want to say thanks to the maintenance man who comes to clean the pool everyday-he was lovely. We only had one issue where a new guest had checked into the villa next door and had their music on loud. Very frustrating when everyone else was relaxing & respectful of others. We would definitely recommend here if you want to relax in a beautiful setting!

Using the chat request for cleaning and supplies is a great and modern touch for making guests feel comfortable. The breakfast selection was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating adding a very personal touch to making sure your stay was perfect. The bar and restaurant have great cocktails and amazing food choices. The hotel itself is in a picturesque location with stunning views and a rustic vibe surrounded by olive trees and cats roaming free.

Turunc is a lovely town just away from the Icmeler and Marmaris hustle and bustle. ZVillas is nicely situated right on the water front, close to everything and yet quiet. The units are new and kept tidy (cleaned on request) and the grounds are well kept. The staff are friendly and eager to help. We liked the ability to cook in the room (non-pool villa) as a break away from restaurants.

We liked absolutely everything about our stay. The resort is laid out in harmony with the nature. They kept the existing olive tree and build the buildings without destroying the nature. Our mountain view villa was very private, had its own pool. The villa had everything one needs. We stayed 5 people very comfortably. The restaurant, private beach, access to town were perfect. All of this is good but what makes this place special is the owner and the staff that work extremely hard to ensure the guests are having the best vacation they can have. Best place we ever stayed.
