Lovely place to stay bar street is just a 2 minute walk and this hotel is located in the town centre so only a 5 minute walk to the beach and town centre restaurants.

Amazing place to stay! Within easy reach of everything. The neighbourhood is very nice. Lots of beautiful cats. The Marina is in walking distance. The place is clean and the service was excellent. Everything was perfect! Thank you very much!

Marmaris stay

Arrived 2hours early, manager kept luggage in reception. Came back 2 hours later, room ready. Had sea view room on top floor, great room, spacious, well maintained, large bathroom, great views.

Insanely loud at night but very nice room

Great room after 3AM as it is next to Bar Street and an open air club. You wont get any sleep until the club closes and this is not suitable for families. If you plan to go clubbing this is a great place with a nice big room, AC, and it is very clean.

Good bits Newly refurbished , clean, nice bed, views over the harbour. Bad bits The room wasn’t really set up like a hotel room, no bedside lights , just the major light in the middle of the room. A kettle great , but no cups, or coffee or tea bags The stairs, they were dangerous and uneven , a step 2inches , then one 9inches then 5 inches , try carrying a case up that lot without falling flat on face. But the biggest issue for us , being a couple seeking a relaxing time, was the evening noise, it backs on to bar street , with nightclubs pumping out very very very loud music till gone 3am in the morning , we found it impossible to sleep! If you are party animals this may be the ideal place for you , but not for us sorry

Staff were awesome, helpful and great about refunding our last 3 nights. We arrived to a sailing regata party in the inner harbour that blasted music till well after midnight and went the emtire week we were there. Unfortunately there was no way we could have stayed foe the entire time. Room was decent, large with windows that opened with screens, decent towels but awful bed linens.

We would never recommend this hotel. We arrived and the noise literally bounced through the walls as there is a club right behind the hotel. We tried to get a refund after leaving due to the noise levels and hey refused. Do not go to this hotel under any circumstances

Location is one of the best ones, Breakfast ok Staff good One thing the hotel besides the nightclub and music continued till 4 am. And they don't have soundproof windows. If you are not going to party its difficult to sleep

This was a bad experience all around. But the worst was the staff, as in "what staff????" They were never around and the "office" was always locked exc. the couple of minutes after I arrived. Then I never saw them again. No help with any thing. And the area - you couldn't get any noisier at night. Never would go back.

Asiri gurultu

Tek gece kalacagimiz otele yol yorgunu geldikten sonra sabah 4’e kadar hic uyuyamadik. Sanki otel bir kulubun icindeymiscesine ve gurultu onleyici kulakliklar ile bile engellenmiyor. Muzigin titresimleri yatagi bile titretiyor. Belki de yorumlari okumadigim icin benim hatam ama bir daha tercih edecegimi sanmiyorum. Temizlik acisindan hicbir sikinti yoktu.

Güzel bir otel

Konaklama yeri olarak fiyat performans yeri diyebilirim. Barlar sokağına çok yakın olması ve konumunun iyi olması avantajı. Odaları her gün temizliyorlar, çalışan ilgileri de iyiydi. Tek problem gece uyurken gelen müzik sesleri. Onun dışında bir sıkıntı yoktu.

Çok gürültülü

Otel karşılaması, resepsiyon, odaların temizliği ve konfor açısından genel olarak iyiydi. Kötü kısmı merkezde ve gece çok gürültülü olması. Uyku saatinde hele bir uzun yolculuktan sonra hemen yandaki bardan sabaha kadar süren müzik yüzünden hiç uyuyamadık. Bizim için çok yorucu oldu. Bunun pansiyon kaynaklı olmadığını biliyorum, hatta odaların içi gayet güzel ama gelenlerin bunu göz önünde bulundurması lazım.

Marmaris merkezde güzel bir otel yat limanının hemen arkasında konum olarak araç park olayı sıkıntılı şansınız varsa boş yer bulabilirsiniz yada otoparka çekebilirsiniz. Otelin konumu barlar sokağına yakın mevki de genel anlamda güzeldi heryere yürüyerek gittik bu anlamda iyiydi tek sıkıntı otopark yok otelin alanı kapalı bir yerde araç giremiyor onun dışında temiz ve güvenliydi

A fuir si vous voulez du calme

L’hôtel est situé près des boîtes de nuit et bars en plein air. Toute la nuit, il est impossible de dormir tellement la musique est forte, même fenêtres fermées. La climatisation laisse à désirer également, elle ronronne très fort au dessus du lit, ce qui n’aide pas non plus à dormir. La chambre est sommaire, le confort est très basique pour le prix. Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais par rapport à d’autres hôtels du coin. De plus qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner proposé. Si vous n’êtes pas là pour faire la fête toute la nuit, allez plus loin !
