I have to say this is probably this is best hotel ive stayed at. Where do I start, the hotel is not to big or small and gives you a personalised experienced with Frendly staff, the hotel rooms are clean and the swim up bar is simply fantastic The bar manager Simon is fantastic and very attentive and expremely friendly The barfood is excellent Quilty and cheap, however only the negative I have to say the breakfast is very average and could be much better The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the town centre with its lively bars and restaurants as well as the pristine clean beaches

Absolutely incredible stay, all the shops are a very short walk, the beach is an equally short walk, there's so many amazing fussy loving cats all around, the scenery is fantastic, the staff are second to none, Simon, Jimmy smiley and Mia are absolutely the heartbeat, friendly all hours, really good people, couldn't do enough, beautiful location, clean and relaxed...just perfect

The staff is something else! They were helpful beyond what you could expect - I forgot personal items when checking out, they found them, called me and sent a taxi with all of them on to my next destination. Great service - definitely booking this hotel next time in the area!

This was the perfect romantic getaway. Friendly staff and very accommodating from Checkin to checkout. Late checkout was available until 4pm. Bar food was great too, plenty of options all delivered as room service if required and reasonably priced.

First one of the best hotel I ever been, modern and stylish and clean ! Unfortunately, the fridge never work, the door was broken and need to be fixed for 1 hour... the shower switch was broken, and finally the coffee inside the room was not for free 15Tl! But it was 1 month old, so I guess it will be better next time

I’ve stayed in more than 50 hotels in Turkey, from 2* to 5* and this place is easily in my top 3. It has a lovely vibe - peaceful but with life. Family friendly - my 7 year old loved it. Comfortable rooms. All were with a balcony or outside terrace (which is not well advertised). The cleanliness wasn’t as good as it could have been. I have a dust allergy and there was slightly more dust than my allergy could withstand without medication. There was some scale on the shower screen and some hairs not belonging to us in the bathroom and on the floors. It wasn’t terrible, and I’ve seen a lot worse but there is room for improvement. The cleanliness of the outside areas was great. The breakfast was a good Turkish breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, lots of fruit, cheese, Turkish pastries/breads, salads, cold/warm meats every day. The paid for food and drinks were great and well priced. The staff are absolutely brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re great with the kids. We booked very last minute and our room had an air conditioning leak on the balcony and at the front door - avoid room 213. I didn’t see the same problem anywhere else.,

Otel Sarıgerme plajına yürüme mesafesinde ve plajda otele ait şemsiye ve şezlonglar var. Biz gittiğimizde deniz baya dalgalıydı ama kumsal ve deniz yine de mükemmel. Ama otelde resepsiyondaki bayan arkadaş haricinde herkes işini zorla yapıyormuşcasına suratsız ve işini iyi yapmayan personeller. Odalardaki yastıklar lekeliydi yastık yüzü istedik temizlik yapan personeller tek kaldı deyip bi taneyi bile verirken surat yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı vasat derecede kötü. Herşeyi güneşte bırakmışlar 2-3 saat güneşte kalan sebzeler salmış kendini. Diğer ürünler de zaten doğal olmayan kalitesiz ürünler.Ayrıca tabak bitmiş başka var mı diye sorunca personellerden bir böbreğini istemişsin gibi tavırla karşılaşıyorsun . Ama yabancı turistlere elleriyle kahve götürüyorlar . Otelin resimlerine ve yapılan boş yorumlara kandık özellikle havuza açılan odalar için özellikle tercih ettik ama odalar o kadar kalitesiz ve pis ki yattığınızda o yastık, örtülerin ve banyodan dolan kötü koku çok rahatsız ediyor. Zaten lekelilerdi de. Bir de havuz çok yakın diye mi bilmiyorum sabaha kadar havasız ve çok nemli bir ortam oluyor odalarda. Odadan havuza çıkacam diye leş gibi odalarda kalıp saçma sapan iş bilmeyen personellerle muhatap olmayın bence.

L hotel konaklama deneyimi

Öncelikle çalışan ekip çok güleryüzlüydü. Rahat etmemiz için çok çabaladılar. Odanın direkt havuza açılması çocuklar açısından çok konforlu oldu. Otelin mimarisi ve yeşil yoğunluğu çok keyifliydi. Sadece odalar fazla loş ışıklıydı ve bizim kaldığımız odanın duşakabini su sızdırıyordu. Su odaya kadar ilerledi her gün onunla uğraştık ancak temizlik ekibi sık sık havlularla yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Kahvaltısı lezzetliydi. Restaurant’ta fiyatlar bölgeye göre makuldu. Yemekleri de lezzetliydi. Özellikle Ali G. Bey bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi. Teşekkür ederiz.
