Very overcrowded

The positive: The food is really good and the rooms are OK. One can get Turkish coffee and pastries at the reception bar big parts of the day. The negative: The hotel was overcrowded and it was therefore impossible to get hold of a sun bead; instead, some people (including us) were using chairs of the lunch restaurant as “sun beads”. Moreover, the areas around the pools was very dirty and there was a lot of garbage lying around. Due to the overcrowded situation, we choose to eat one dinner at a restaurant at the marina and also spent big parts of another day on a yacht tour; big thanks to Elif who works at Jolly (who have an office at the hotel) who fixed this for us! There are water slides for kids, but was open a bit in the morning and a bit after lunch; very disappointing for kids, especially compared to previous hotels we have stayed that doesn’t shut the slides.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Sauberkeit war gut, das Essen - Angebot war sehr abwechslungsreich. Nachteile waren die dauernd belegten Liegen und die überfüllten Pools. Zum Strand dauert es 5 Autofahrminuten. Für die Kinder gab es viel Animation . Hotel ist empfehlenswert, mit kleinen Abstrichen.

L’accueil était très froid ,on est arrivé à l hôtel et on a trouvé même pas une bouteille d’eau et pourtant il faisait très chaud.on avait jamais de boissons dans nôtre frigidaire et le troisième jours on a réclamé,on avait le droit à une bouteille ce jour là mais après jamais.quelques du personnel se comporte très mal

Overall

We booked somewhere else at first which was awful we turned up at 3:30 am unannounced,staff were very helpful understanding and booked us in for a week,yolo team were fantastic with kids, games during day in pool were fun, rooms were clean, porters were helpful all staff so kind , breakfast was not great some waiters quite rude but otherwise I really good stay

Sunbeds and pools capacities was not enough. On high periods you have to think that. People are keeping sunbeds with towels at early morning. Yolo entertainment team was amazing. Service and food qualities is really enough.

Vreselijk herrie hotel met slecht personeel

Bij aankomst hotel was er een entertainment programma bezig, zo hard dat het geluidssysteem het nauwelijks aan kon. Trappenhuis vol peuken, kamer zo klein dat een koffer er niet in past. Geluid van entertainment niet te negeren. Bij de receptie andere kamer gevraagd maar daarvoor moest de manager aanwezig zijn, morgen weer. Wifi gekocht, duur en zeer traag. WhatsApp werd geblokkeerd. Voor handdoeken moet aanvullend betaald worden. Volgende morgen naar de manager gevraagd, die had een vrije dag. Om 10.00 begon het niet te negeren uitzonderlijk luide entertainment weer. Lunchen en een gesprek voeren onmogelijk. Via expedia rest van verblijf geannuleerd, bij uitchecken was een ruimere kamer aan de buitenkant met gratis Wifi wel mogelijk en bleek de manager wel aanwezig.

Yemekler çeşit ve lezzet olarak oldukça iyi ve lezzetliydi. Personel genel anlamda ilgili ve yeterliydi. 2 adet kaydırak ve 4 adet havuz olması otel için büyük bir artı. Şezlong bulma sıkıntısı çekmedik. Animasyon ekibi çok iyiydi. Otelin oturduğu alan itibariyle her m2 çok iyi değerlendirilmiş. Fiyatıda uygundu. Tavsiye ederim.

Get what you pay for.

We stayed for a short trip, the staff were great and had no problems at all, very friendly. For us, the room was a let down, not so clean and not cleaned well whilst there. We have a toddler, so the hygiene of the room was important, sticky stuff on the floor, hairs in the bed, a good mop was needed.

The hotel was wonderful we loved the service,the variety of food and the entertainment area,such as the concerts and pools. We noticed that the quality of the beverages and the alcohol was not of well quality One thing is that we were disappointed that the safe was not included and the towels were not free of charge. Overall it was a great hotel.

Busy hotel with plenty going on

Had a very pleasant stay recently at the Julian club hotel. From the reception staff to the entertainment team everybody makes you most welcome here. The food is off a decent standard and the accommodation is kept very clean with bedding and bath towels changed often. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.
