We had an exceptional week. Our room wasn’t that big, but considering we only went up there to sleep, it was fine. The food in the restaurants, including a la carte, were awesome. The staff was beyond awesome. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Thanks to all the staff. Wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back!

This is an amazing hotel which is well worth the price. Food tastes good and service is excellent. All staff members go above and beyond to serve and help. Rooms were updated and clean. Beach is steps from the hotel and has nice sandy beach, warm,calm water. Food hall never got crowded and was spacious. Elevators had excellent views, highly recommend to take a trip to 5th floor for views (front elevators). Lobby was also nice serving drinks and some food all day.

When we first arrived got brought a mocktail before even checking in. Staff are so amazing and your never left with an empty glass. The animation team are brilliant at their job always getting everyone involved and making it a good atmosphere! Rooms are so open space and very clean. The house keepers are amazing and put petals on your bed and make love hearts out of towels. All round an amazing place to stay. Is everything you need on the resort.

A great location. Property is dated and definitely needs upgrades. Ex: the decor and the carpet in the room is like an apartment complex. Staffs are very nice. Service is very good. Quality is good also very good. From property perspective it’s barely 4-star.

Everything was great except the entertain team bother us on the table and kept asking questions. They mostly looking for girls since it is a family place. My girl friend wanted to leave the place. Other things were okay specially people at the bar so friendly.

Outstanding place with amazing staff who make the place extra special! All staff were extra caring, friendly, smiley and love their job! The food was very good with lots of varieties, the 24/7 bar is great place. The beach is nice And near by lovely walk to the hills with an amazing views. The Entertainemt team did an amazing job bringing 5 stars Entertainemt options to the hotel every night. You literally don’t need to leave the hotel as you won’t find better entertainment! Well done Hotel Aqua. We will definitely comeback again.

Wir haben 14 Tage im Aqua Hotel verbracht. Am meisten hat uns das überaus tolle Essen, das freundliche und sehr bemühte Personal und das wunderschöne Meer gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit des Putzpersonals im Zimmer und der Tische beim Essen, aber das ist natürlich Ansichtssache :) Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Aqua Hotel und können es nur empfehlen, danke für alles !

Overall a good stay

The staff made this hotel. It’s not a 5 star standard that I have been to before, the decor is abit dated. The food was a bit repetitive but nice nonetheless, especially the desserts and baklava. The drinks were the best in a resort that I’ve ever had, really tasty.

First time stay at the Aqua. Very pleased with our stay in every manner. Most of the staff were very attentive. I feel a little disappointed that they didnt understand some guests like English tea as per turkish tea. They assume every one drinks turkish tea. I feel to mention this as may be you can improve on this for future. Overall we have no compalints and will be coming back to Aqua again. Thank you

Great Hotel and Service ... Goin Back Next Year

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua from the very first minute to the very last minute, and the kids loved it. The location and food were great. Service was amazing, and the rooms are very clean. Thanks to Elvan and Funda (Reception), Vacit and Hussein (Restaurant) and Melike and Ahmet (Bar). We will come back next year!
