wir waren vom 2.10-8.10.2023 im fortezza beach resort fast seson ende;sind beide schon fast 60 jahre alt.für eine erholsamen urlaub ist es eine gute wahl,es gibt nur dieses hotel sonst nichts in der umgebung.wir haben sogar unseren päckhen in näcst gelegenen ort in armutalan( fast 15 km) selber abgeholt,ausser im restaurant beim abendessen hat man überhaupt nicht gemerkt wie voll die anlage ist,es gibt sehr schönen strand teils steinig ,sehr viele pools.wir haben ein standart zimmer gebucht bekamen aber eins inder willa mit sehr schönen aussicht auf das meer,was wirklch sehr gross war,ich glaube fast das grosste zimmer was wir bis jezt im anderen hotels hatten. das personal war immer sehr nett und höflich essen war durchschnittlich wie beim anderenhotels mit all insclusiv

Good food; annoying Fortezza Team

Positives: the food served at the main restaurant was pretty good; we reserved a land view room, but had a view of the ocean and pool; each building has its own pool & lots of beach access, so you don't have to worry about it being crowded or finding loungers; weather was lovely; front desk agent speaks English and was very helpful; spa attendant was great Negatives: only a few employees speak English; and the worst part is the "Fortezza team." They are a bunch of young kids that what it looks like, are the "hype men" of the resort; they go around screaming to "pump up the crowd" and randomly sit with guests to chat them up....maybe their job is to get influencers for the resort? It was more annoying than anything; they also travel in groups and once at lunch cut us off from one of the lunch lines and another time couldn't get around them to get to the pool bar. Hotel is also a bit outdated. Found several bugs in our room when we returned from dinner, even though the balcony doors were closed. Wouldn't come back. Also about 20 minutes from the city.
