I felt very comfortable staying at Emilia hotel - my room was very spacious and I liked how new and clean the hotel was. The staff is very friendly, especially the owner is very supportive and accommodating. The breakfast was good and I could even get some dietary adjustments without any problem. The location is great - only a 2 minutes walk to the promenade. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

This property is perfect location if you want the nightlife, but if you want to sleep between the hours of 12 and four in the morning, it is most definitely not for you unless you bring earplugs Staff were polite and breakfast included was nice. We had the fourth floor which had a tiny window and no balcony and was unable to move as the hotel apparently was full bedding and towels were replaced regularly and was very clean close to beach.

5 day break

The room 209 was deplorable, wallpaper peeling of wall, toilet door would not close at all, water from shower flooding floor (danger of slipping) toilet seat broken, water from floor affecting door facings rising damp. Pillowcases never changed and we had been sweating all night they were damp, large bed crammed into VERY SMALL ROOM, mattress needing renewed, broken plastic coat hangers in Wardrobe that had never seen a duster, room totally inadequate. Apart from the room the bar staff were pleasant and welcoming, only 1 who was rude, “Rog” above and beyond lovely manners. Couldn’t recommend it on the strength of the room we had.

Halk plajına çok yakın konumda yürüme mesafesinde kahvaltı dedikleri şey 3 dilim domates 3 dilim beklemiş salatalıktan oluşan bir silim peynir bir adet yumurtadan oluşan vasat bir tabak. Odaların ses geçirgenliği aşırı yüksek yan odadakilerin tüm seslerini tatil süresince sabaha kadar işitiyorsun. Ha bu arada otelin havuzundan klor kokusuna dair k sı bile yok. Biz tereddüt edip girmedik 3 günlük tatil için idare edilir ama uzun süreli tatil için çokta memnun kalınır cinsten değil

Yani şimdi şöyle anlatayım biz 2 gün konakladık ve memnun kaldık, tekrar tercih ederiz. Ama başkaları için olumsuz olabilecek taraflarına değineyim: kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde değil, görselini eklediğim şekilde geliyor. Bize yetti açıkçası bu şekilde israf da olmuyor doyduk yani biz ama siz ona göre seçersiniz. Aşağıda otelin barı var, bar güzeldi ama bizim oda arka tarafta bakıyodu o yüzden hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık ancak ön cephe odaların ses durumunu bilemiyorum. Çalışanlar samimi, güleryüzlü. Konum olarak güzel plaja 2 dk yürüyorsunuz. Odamız da oldukça genişti. Kısaca biz memnun ayrıldık hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, ama yazdıklarım başkaları için problem teşkil edebilir ona göre seçersiniz dediğim gibi

Kaldığım en kötü yer

Otel çok ilgisiz ve her taraf kirli resepsyondan oda içine kadar , çift kişilik yatak seçmeme rağmen 2 ayrı tek kişiliği birleştirmişler. Bunu resepsiyona söylediğimde bu şekilde oda daha büyük dedi fakat temizlik sırasında çift kişilik yatak olan odalayı gördüm ne hikmetse bizim odadan daha büyük neyse, verdikleri odayı temizleme zahmetinde bile bulunmamışlar mini dolap pis verdikleri su ısıtıcı, perdeler , yerler genel olarak oda leş gibi pisti temizlenmemiş bile tozunu bile almamışlar. Oda kapısına temizleme kağıdı asmamamıza rağmen girmişler sadece 1 havlu değişmişler diğerini değişmemişler bile çarşaf düzeltip gitmişler yani kısaca otel rezil gibi parası olmayanlar icin fiyat iyi ama 300 500 fazla verin başka yere gidin.

Otele check in saatinden daha erken vardık ve müsaitlikleri olduğundan resepsiyondaki beyefendi bizi bekletmeden girişimizi yaptı. Otel eşyaları yenilenmiş ve içeride ihtiyaç duyulacak şeyler var. Ama kaldığımız 2 gece boyunca banyo hep çok kötü kokuyordu. Klozet kapağı kırıktı parçalarına ayrılmıştı resmen. Lavabo gideri tıkalıydı. Kahvaltı tabak şeklinde servis ediliyor, son gün gelen paketli tereyağları bozuktu. Otel çok çok merkezi bir konumda denize yürüyerek 2 dk. Kısa süreli kaldığımız için ve fiyatı çok uygun olduğu için bize yetti.

Otel rezervasyonumuzla alakalı soru sorduğumuzda doğru dürüst cevap vermeyen,oralı dahi olmayan, odamızı bile çıkıp gösterme zahmetine girmeyen, gece geç saatte döndüğümüzde konaklayanların seslerinin koridordan duyulduğu ve pub üstü olduğu için geç saate kadar müzik sesinden uyuyamadığımız son olarakta kahvaltısının vasat olduğu bir konaklamaydı. Konumu ve araba parketme konusunda yeri güzel. Sahile çok yakın. Bir dolmuşla Marmaris merkeze gidebilirsiniz kolaylıkla. FP diyebilmeyi istiyorum ancak maalesef sınıfta kaldı evet hesaplı ancak makul değil.
